Ingrid Lydersen Lystad is an author and lecturer. By education she is cand. Philol. with the subject area history, art history, German and French. She has been the exhibition leader for the Autumn Exhibition, Statens Kunstutstilling and has published the books: «On the trail of the Norwegian. About artists and art », Labyrinth Press 1996,« The autumn exhibition. Loved and hated », Skald 2003,« Nature never gets outdated », about the visual artist Tore Bjørn Skjølsvik, Aschehoug Forlag 2009 and« Johannes Flintoe and the Bird Room », about the Bird Room in the Royal Palace, Dreyers Forlag 2015. The collection of poems« Throughout »was published on Kolofon Forlag 2020.
